The new exhibition hall measures 883 square meters. A large part of the vehicles in the outdoor exhibition has been moved into the new hall.
In the autumn of 2009 the Home Guard donated a reporting tower to the museum. It is now placed in the outdoor exhibition in front of the hangar.
Thr tower is 10 meters high and equiped just like the many towers which were placed all over Denmark on high terrain during the Cold War.
From the towers trained Home Guard personnel reported to the Danish Air Force on incoming enemy air craft.
